BR1-02 Simply Suspense

Many , many years ago there was a king in a far country.(p.1)

This book is consists of three stories. I will talk about one story of them. There was a strong and clever king in the country. He wanted to decrease the number of people who do bad things. One day, he came up with a good ideas. He made people to built a big stadium, and in this stadium, people who did bad actions bring to here, and  they have to choose one way, left or right. In one way, there is a beautiful woman and he can marry with him. But the other way, there is a tiger and he must fight with tiger. Everyone don't want to fight with a tiger, so people gradually don't make a mistake. The king's of daughter loves the gardener and he also loves her. But one day, the king know their relationship and gets  angry. He take gardener to the stadium, and the day came. He has to choose which ways. He see the king's daughter and she signs to left. He goes to the left, but…?

BR1-01 APOLLO 13

Jeffrey looked at his father. "Are you really going to the Moon?" he asked.(P.1)

 Everyone will know about APOLLO 11 and Neil Armstrong. But, this book is APOLLO 13. Jim, the father of Jeffrey , is an astronaut and he goes to the moon by APOLLO 13 with 2 members. But they have a problem which is lack of energy.There are spaces, so they can't get things from outside. How will they do?

 This book is series of PENGUIN ENGLISH READERS 2. This level of book is about 4,000~8,000 words, so we can read it within one hours. There are many types of story, so we could learn about many things.
